💥🌏From the Cradle of Civilization with more than 7000 years old EGYPT, the Global University of Science & Technology (GUST), headed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed G. Kafafy, celebrated the professional graduation ceremony of a new batch for Certified Green Energy Manager (GEM) program.
Our Graduates Dr. Sarah Wasagali Chairperson of the Uganda Electric Authority Ministry of Energy & Mineral Development (MEMD) and Mrs. Loy Kyozaire Chairwomen of the Uganda Solar Energy Association.
The program conducted to award dual International Unique Certifications: the Unique Certification Green Energy Manager (GEM) by the World Green Economy Council (WGECO) and Professional Certificate in Green Energy Management by GUST at the end of the program upon completion the examinations successfully.
The World Green Economy Council (WGECO) is an international organization officially registered & chartered by USA, Rwanda and Indonesia Governments as well as recognized by United Nations Global Compact with registration no 112301 as the first global organization dedicated to green economy and United Nation with UNGM 745563. The WGECO is the green arm of the World Fund for Development and Planning (WFDP), an Intergovernmental Entity which enjoys Special Consultative Status to United Nations ECOSOC and is accredited and affiliated with the United Nations Office of the Special Adviser on Africa (UN- OSAA). WFDP’s rights and duties are recognized and respected by the international community as it is subject to international law and public utility. WGECO is working together with governments, public & private sectors and other international institutions to develop green economy best practices & solutions for green future. The Global University of Science & Technology (GUST) as a federal body to coordinate and integrate resources and ensure the implementation of the Education for Employment (E4E) and multidisciplinary Learning for Leadership (L4L) System programs.

2nd International Professional Graduation Ceremony held in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) Central Africa
The Global University of Science & Technology (GUST), headed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed G. Kafafy, celebrated the professional graduation ceremony of the 2nd new batch for a group of executive Managers from esteemed public & private organizations has taken place in Lubumbashi, DRC Central Africa.
The graduates were students in professional education & certifications for HR Management professional program in the Lubumbashi City. This program conducted to award the International Professional Certifications by HR Management Institute (HRMI) and Professional Diplomas by GUST at the end of the program after completion the examinations successfully.
The HRMI is the world leading professional organization and official certifying body for the management profession. It is a United States 501(c) international professional organization operating globally from 2008, complying with the requirements of ISO 17024 accreditation standards set forth by the International Organization of Standardization for personnel certification bodies, further validation of the HRMI’s status as the most globally transferable credentials. In their meeting chaired by Prime Minister of Federal Republic of Somalia H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, the Council of Ministers endorsed a Headquarters agreement for World Fund for Development and Planning – WFDP. Moreover, the WFDP is recognizing the Global University of Science and Technology (GUST) as existing International Institution for Higher Education. The GUST serving as the think tanks and academic arm of the WFDP around the world. The WFDP is an international law and public utility, holding diplomatic relations and both bilateral and multilateral treaties and conventions with multiple Sovereign States who are members of the United Nations. WFDP is an Intergovernmental Entity which enjoys Special Consultative Status to United Nations ECOSOC and is accredited and affiliated with the United Nations Office of the Special Adviser on Africa (UN- OSAA). WFDP’s rights and duties are recognized and respected by the international community as it is subject to international law and public utility.

Mr. Hussein Al Qatrani, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity (Libya) and Associate Ministers for developing Libya though Sustainable Economic Development Policies and programs are specifically designed to guide the Government in general and individual leadership development, professional education, green/cleantech businesses, sustainable agriculture, sustainable infrastructure developments & zero energy buildings, and green investments in particular, for economic prosperity, low-carbon environmental quality, and social equity at the same time.
At the end of the Forum, Prof. Mohamed G. Kafafy confer recognition award to H.E. Mr. Hussein Al Qatrani, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, commends the extraordinary efforts of government leadership.

Therefore, the GUST continuously collaborating with the International Association of Businessperson and Diplomats (BDU) Republic of Türkiye towards achieving the Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The BDU is a non-governmental international organization founded in Republic of Türkiye by businesspeople, diplomats, academics, journalists, politicians, artists and pillars of the society. The Founders of BDU have knowledge, experience and vision dating back more than 20 years. Each member of BDU works in various organizations such as foundations, associations, platforms, trade unions in addition to BDU. Likewise, each member has attended many conferences, panels and summits at national and international levels.
