The Global University of Science & Technology (GUST), in collaboration with the Chartered Examiners of Criminology & Forensic Investigation (CECFI), Fellow Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance, USA and of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, The City of Refuge, Yonkers, Pastor Henry Okureva, proudly conducted the International Honorary Academic Eminence Ceremony as part of the prestigious International Strategic Alliance Convention (ISAC), a global hybrid event hosted at Hudson County Community College, Jersey City, New Jersey, USA.
The international ceremony brought together distinguished government officials, diplomats, academics, business executives, security professionals, and global thought leaders from various countries, reinforcing GUST’s commitment to promoting academic excellence, international cooperation, and leadership for sustainable global development.
The ceremony celebrated outstanding individuals whose visionary leadership and exceptional professional achievements have made significant contributions to education, public service, governance, security, sustainable development, and community transformation.
The event was held under the academic leadership of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Gamal Kafafy, President of GUST and Prof. Mannixs E. Paul Global Chairman of CECFI, who emphasized that honorary academic recognition represents one of the University’s highest distinctions, awarded to exceptional leaders whose achievements have created lasting national and international impact.
Delivering the keynote address, distinguished speakers highlighted that human capital remains the cornerstone of national development, institutional resilience, innovation, and sustainable economic growth.
