GUST COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT CENTER (GUST-CDC)

Assess • Develop • Certify • Connect • Advance

Building Competencies. Empowering Careers. Developing Leaders. Connecting Talent with Opportunity.

"What can you actually do, how well can they do it, what competencies are missing, and what should they do next?"
Assessment tells people where they are. Development helps them become better.

The GUST Competency Development Center (GUST-CDC) is a multidisciplinary center of the Global University of Science & Technology (GUST) dedicated to assessing, developing, validating and advancing the competencies of students, graduates, professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, organizations and institutions.

GUST-CDC connects competency development with career readiness, professional certification, employment and organizational performance, creating an integrated pathway from education to the workplace and from current capability to future readiness.

The Center operates in affiliation and professional collaboration with the Human Resource Management Institute (HRMI), USA, particularly in international competency & professional development and certifications.
